Refund and Returns Policy
Cancellation policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 4 hours without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 4 hours from the time on which You have placed the order. No cancellation is possible in case products have been shipped.
Cancellation fees : 3% on the total transaction value will be deducted for payment gateway.

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Refunds
Your money will be refunded within 7 working days from time of processing the refund. refunded amount will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damages
All damages should be reported immediately.
If the product is defective or damaged please return the product within 2 days of delivery and we will replace or exchange the products. The replacement or exchange and product will delivered to your location by 2-3 days.

We have tied up with multiple payment gateways and Razor Pay is our preferred payment gateway provider. we accept all kinds of Debit, Credit Cards and Net Banking
Shipping Policy
We use several logistic partners for our shipments, our preferred logistics partner is Ecom Express, ATS and or Delhivery Courier partners for Local orders. We ship domestic orders which is free. Normal shipping estimate for all domestic shipments are between 2 to 3 business days, delays might occur in some unavoidable situation which we are definitely trying to mitigate.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All custom duties and taxes should be paid by the customer. We do not take any responsibility for the same
